Nothing on this Site creates a dentist-patient relationship between you and Dr. Jon Marashi, DDS, APDC.

3. No Dentist-Patient Relationship

Use of this Site, submission of contact forms, completion of the Smile Quiz, submission of virtual consultation requests, or any other interaction through this Site does not establish a dentist-patient relationship. A dentist-patient relationship is only established when you have been formally accepted as a patient, have completed required intake documentation, and have been seen in person at our Brentwood, Los Angeles office.

4. Appointment Requests and Communications

Submitting a contact form, consultation request, or Smile Quiz response through this Site constitutes a request only. It does not guarantee an appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries promptly, but response times may vary.
