Sedation Dentistry in Los Angeles

Dental anxiety has kept you from getting the care you need, maybe for years. You shouldn't have to choose between your mental health and your dental health.

It's Not Just Nerves. It's Real.

You're not being dramatic. Dental anxiety is real, and it affects millions of people. The sounds, the sensations, the vulnerability of sitting in a chair with your mouth open. It's enough to keep even the most capable people from getting care they know they need. And the longer you avoid it, the worse the anxiety gets.

You Don't Have to White-Knuckle It

Dr. Marashi provides sedation options tailored to your comfort level, so you can finally get the care you've been putting off without the fear. Every option is administered safely and monitored throughout your visit.

Your Options

Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas)

Mild

A mild, fast-acting option that helps you relax while remaining fully conscious. Effects wear off quickly so you can drive yourself home.

Oral Sedation

Moderate

A prescribed medication taken before your appointment for deeper relaxation (sleep). You'll be awake but calm and drowsy throughout.

IV Sedation

Deep

Administered intravenously for a deep state of sedation (sleep). Ideal for longer procedures or severe anxiety. You'll have little to no memory of the visit.

What Happens If You Keep Avoiding the Dentist?

The problems don't go away. They compound. What could have been a simple filling becomes a root canal. A small crack becomes an extraction. And the anxiety cycle deepens. It can end up costing you more time and way more money. Breaking it starts with one comfortable visit.

Imagine This Instead

You walk in, relax, and the next thing you know, it's done. No panic. No white-knuckling. Just comfortable, thorough care from a team that understands exactly what you're going through. That's what sedation dentistry makes possible.
